1. Our approach

We work to make the Grey Miles public website usable with a keyboard, screen reader and different screen sizes. WCAG 2.1 Level AA informs our design and testing. Automated checks help identify issues, but they do not establish that every page works for every person or assistive technology.

2. Ways to use this website

• Use the skip link to reach the main content without repeating the navigation.
• Navigate links and controls with your keyboard. Product walkthroughs have manual steps and pause controls.
• Use your device's reduced motion setting to stop animated walkthrough playback and decorative movement.
• Choose a light or dark appearance. You do not need to allow optional storage to change the current page.
• Increase text size or zoom in your browser. Pages adapt to smaller screens.

3. Report a barrier or request help

Email [email protected] with the page address and what you were trying to do. If useful, include your browser or assistive technology and how you would prefer us to respond. Please do not include passwords or private workspace records.

We will review the issue and work with you on a usable way to access the information or complete the task. You can also use the postal address below. Third-party sites and payment services manage their own accessibility, but you can tell us if one prevents you from using Grey Miles.
