What counts as a user?
Each person with access to your workspaces, plus anyone you have invited who hasn't joined yet. On Team, a person in several of your workspaces counts once. Suspending someone frees their seat.
What is a workspace?
One agency or company in Grey Miles, with its own loads, carriers, team and settings. Basic covers one. Team covers up to five run by the same owner, sharing users and storage.
What happens above the storage allowance?
Nothing stops. Storage above your plan's allowance is $0.50 per GB a month, counted by the day for what you actually keep and charged once a month.
How does founding pricing work?
Agencies that subscribe while the founding program is open keep founding prices, including extra users and plan changes, for as long as their subscription stays active. If a subscription ends for more than 30 days, standard prices apply when it restarts.
Who processes the payment?
Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle runs the checkout, takes payment by card or PayPal, adds and remits sales tax or VAT where it applies, and sends your invoices and receipts. Grey Miles itself is provided by UVIZON LLC.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days. See the refund policy for the details.
