1. What this policy covers
This policy covers greymiles.com. Cookies are small files a website can ask your browser to store. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps information between visits. Our cookie controls cover both, even though the public site currently uses local storage for the choices listed below.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including the request logs used to operate and protect the site. Those logs do not depend on accepting optional browser storage.

These entries are set by Grey Miles. They contain your choices, not a name, email address or advertising identifier. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this public site.
3. Accept, decline or change your choice
Choose Essential only to decline optional storage, or Accept preferences to remember your appearance. Neither choice affects access to the website. Closing the settings window without saving does not grant permission.
You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time. Withdrawing permission deletes the saved appearance preference. Your current page can keep its appearance, but future visits start in light mode. Clearing browser storage removes your choice and we will ask again. Each browser and device has its own choice.
If browser storage is blocked, you can still browse the site and change its appearance. Your choices may not survive navigation or a reload. Without JavaScript, this website does not save these preferences.
4. Browser privacy signals
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. Global Privacy Control therefore has no sale or advertising activity to opt you out of here. When your browser sends that signal, our settings acknowledge it. Allowing an appearance preference does not override it.
Do Not Track is a separate browser setting. We do not change the site in response to it because this site does not track visitors across unrelated websites. Browser settings can also block or delete storage directly.
5. The application and other services
These settings apply to greymiles.com. The Grey Miles application at app.greymiles.com uses separate storage to maintain sign-in and application preferences. Declining storage here does not sign you out of the application or change its settings. You can sign out there and manage browser storage for that address separately.
If you open a payment checkout or an external link, that provider controls its own storage. Paddle describes its use in its privacy notice. A choice here does not give permission to an unrelated website.
